Exercise πŸ’ͺπŸ½πŸšΆπŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸš΅πŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸ€ΈπŸ½β€β™€οΈ

Exercise is so good for my soul ❀️. I exercised enough for years that when I couldn’t, it was like a part of me went missing. It is my time to just stop…to clear those restless thoughts and to just figure out what needs to be done. I am only a few weeks in with the semi-private training and it is so good. It is the daily dose of sunshine when there isn’t any in the weather report.

This afternoon I went on a walk with a friend and it felt good to just move. I hope I always feel good with something as enjoyable as walking, jogging, strength training, swimming, hiking….and the list goes on. I hear that if you keep on moving, you won’t ever just stop. Your body will get addicted to it and won’t want to stop.

Everyday people search for how to feel good all the time. I wonder if they know that something as simple as exercise can help them to achieve that feeling? Try it for 30 days so get up and do some type of exercise everyday then it will become a habit. You will then get endorphins and in time you will feel odd if you don’t do it. You will miss having energy, sleeping better and feeling stronger.

I invite you to exercise 🀠 and to start by just taking a walk.
